How do I get access?

Go to our website www.algoelixir.com and purchase a subscription plan. Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive access to the indicator immediately. To access our indicator, ensure you have a free TradingView account, and navigate to the "Indicators" section, where you will find our indicator under the "invite-only scripts" category.

Why am I still not seeing the indicator?

Please refresh your page or restart your TradingView app. If you still cannot access the indicator, please ensure that the TradingView username you provided at checkout is accurate. An incorrect username will prevent you from accessing the indicator.

If you misspelled your TradingView username, you can easily update your username by doing the following:

  1. Go to our website www.algoelixir.com and select "My Account" at the top of the page. Enter with the email you signed up with at checkout. You will receive a one-time password (OTP) to verify your email, and once confirmed, you can click on your subscription and update your TradingView username.

  2. Go to the onboarding email that was sent to you after purchase. It will be from support@algoelixir.com. Towards the end of the email, you will find a hyperlink to your subscription portal labeled "Log into your account now". By clicking on this link, you can enter the email address that you used during checkout, where you can update your TradingView username.

  3. Alternatively, you can contact our support team on Discord or via email support@algoelixir.com if you need to fix your username spelling and we will take care of it on our end.

Once you have updated the correct spelling of your username, please wait a few minutes and refresh your TradingView webpage or app.

Do the indicators repaint?

No, our indicators do NOT repaint and are confirmed on candle close. This indicates that a signal may be visible on your chart, but it will not be validated until the current candle has closed and the next one has begun. This provides users with high quality real-time data from our algorithm.

Is it beginner friendly?

Yes, our easy-to-use indicators are designed to be user-friendly and uncomplicated, catering to traders of all levels, including beginners and experienced traders. Nevertheless, it is important to keep in mind that not every signal should be executed without proper evaluation. Trading is a continuous learning process and we provide a user guide on how to use our indicators, along with providing 24/7 support, and a Discord for additional learning resources.

What time frame and markets does it work on?

Our indicators can be used on any timeframe and any chart available on TradingView, including forex, crypto, stocks, indices, and commodities. It can be utilized on lower time frames for scalping and intraday trading, and on higher time frames for swing trading. The best time frame to use will depend on the pair you are trading and your personal trading style.

Will I win every trade?

How can I cancel my subscription?

To manage your subscription, simply click on the "My Account" button located at the top of our website and enter the email address used during checkout. You will receive a one-time password (OTP) to verify your email, and once confirmed, you can conveniently manage your subscription. The same link can also be accessed at the bottom of the onboarding email that we sent after you purchased a subscription. After accessing the subscription manager, you can click on your subscription to cancel it. Your subscription will remain active until the end of its term, allowing you to utilize our indicators throughout the entire paid period. After that, the subscription will be automatically canceled and you won't be charged.
